Pavel is a seasoned investment banker with prior experience with ING, Citigroup and UBS, as well as with investment banking botique M&A houses such as Three Keys Capital, Blackfort and Chiron Financial LLC. He has also spent several years working as an independent M&A advisor working directly for some of his largest former corporate clients. His specialties are more broadly in natural resources, including metals and mining, consumer and retail.

He had started his career as an entrepreneur prior to joining the successively two of the then “big five” audit firms in Corporate Finance with subsequent transition into investment banking.

He attended the St. Lawrence Collage in Athens before graduating in International Economics followed by a Master in Finance from the MGIMO.

Pavel was born in Sofia, Bulgaria and working and living in Switzerland with his family since 2011.

Jonathan Pennella is an experienced, pragmatic and entrepreneurial executive. He is quite special in that he has both a corporate background and an intra- and entre-preneurial background. In all, he has held executive board roles as CFO for 11 years and as CEO roles for 7 years. He came to these senior positions after a solid on the job training in various finance departments: audit, M&A, corporate controlling and reporting; and then in more general functions: innovation, renovation, portfolio and investment management, strategic planning.

Jonathan began his education with an apprenticeship in German – mother tongue, then he graduated from the School of Economics and Business Administration (ESCEA) and finally an MBA from the Wharton School. Jonathan is married and has two teenagers.
